Emperor Serpentos von Hisstocrat and his wife Empress Fuchsia von Hisstocrat are King and Queen among Hisstocrats, Tryclydes and Cobrats. In Super Mario 3D World, they have made a boss appearance, but in Super Mario 3D World Part 2: Ludwig's Rage, they appeared to be tricked by Ludwig von Koopa into believing that Bowser is a Liar, a Desciever and an "Anti-Grambi", which started a whole family roundhouse between Serpentos and his daughter Ruby (which got Ruby kicked out of their palace). That's where their fight between them in "Hisstocrat's banquet" has begun.
