Porter is the janitor of the Open Oak Apartments and Services. He is the first boss ghost of Luigi's Mansion: Apartment of Apparitions.
Appearance[]
He is a blue ghost who wears a turquoise hat and janitorial coveralls. He also has a black belt with a silver buckle and wields a mop.
Personality[]
He is a cowardly ghost who is afraid of people. He is also a hard worker and spends his free time making everything spotless, often being nit-picky trying to perfect every last thing.
Encounter[]
After Luigi hears odd whistling, he comes across Porter in the Storage Room outside his apartment. He is seen mopping the floor of the storage room, and as he's cleaning his eyes momentarily meet with Luigi's. After blankly staring they both scream. He panics, rhetorically exclaiming, "WHY ARE YOU HERE?! I THOUGHT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CAPTURED?!" Eventually, he uses his mop as a weapon and starts to attack Luigi.
Battle[]
He has two main attacks, he will first charge frantically at Luigi flailing his mop, and when he hits the walls, he will be momentarily vulnerable. Alternatively he will become fatigued, giving you the opportunity to stun him. For his second attack, he slams his mop on the ground in an attempt to hit Luigi, however, if Luigi avoids it the mop will leave a puddle behind that Luigi can slip on, leaving himself vulnerable. Mid-battle, he will also use the end of the mop to block the Strobulb's flash.
