Super Mario Kart 2 is the 10th installment in the Mario Kart Series after the crossover Mario Kart 9. It is the 1st to feature Wiggler, Toadbert, Cat Mario, and Waluigi 2.0 by deafault.

Super Mario Kart 2 features everything from the past Mario Kart Games with some new features!
- There is a 200cc mode that is unlockable when you complete World 6-8: The Final Bowser Battle! in the story mode.
- 2 newly complete modes.
Story Mode: You have a series of minigames to participate.
*Time Trials: is the same thing. - You can be controled by a cpu when you complete World 3-9: Bowser's Lava Circle in story mode or find the secret exit in World 2-5: Layer-Cake Desert's Haunted Mansion. "Note: Finding this will take you to all the way to World 4-1."
