One day, the Waluigi Island was invaded by Toadsworth's army, a tribe of Toads capable for using dark magic. Their magic was used to transform all the Toads living in the island into inanimate objects such as rocks, bricks, and even horsetail plants, thus spelling the world's downfall. Wario and Waluigi power up to save the Waluigi Island.
